The Neutrality Arch, erected by megalomaniac dicator of Turkmenistan (deceased of the 21st of December) Saparmurat Niyazov, is topped with a gold plated statue of himself that rotates so it always faces the sun. This guy renamed January after himself, but his city looks very nice from the sky.
