City Island is a small island and is located in the borough of The Bronx in NYC. It is about 1.5 miles long and about 5 or 6 blocks wide, depending on where on the island you are. It has the charm of an old New England fishing town and hardly any crime to boot.

Jeffrey's Bay - or J-Bay, as it's commonly known - is home to the Best Waves in the World (ask any surfer!). Many international surf-sport competitions held there, on the perfect rights peeling off the point. If it were high-res, you'd be able to surf them with your mouse!
