Bahrainian Atoll?

Bahrainian Atoll?

Strange looking dots and some houses occupy this atoll in the Persian Gulf. Looks as though there is a dredged shipping lane to the atoll. I have found no information on the net relating to this or any of the islands in the archipelago, and it is only visible in Google Earth.
