The world’s largest tethered helium balloon designed in France. Launched in April this year, it took 40 people, 12 hours and 6,500 cubic metres of helium for the balloon to fully inflate. It can take up to 29 passengers and drifts upwards to a height of 150m (40 storeys) to unfold a breath-taking 360 degree panoramic view of the city.
