Strange white Island

Lowendal Island; appears oddly white, though its location and the fact that none is visible on building tops suggests that snow is unlikely. Seems more like an intense glare or flash. Nuclear testing has gone on in regions of Australia for quite a while. I don't know.....it just seems odd.
