Latinoamericano Stadium Havana This stadium will be the main stadium as well as the headquarters of the championship. It has a potential capacity of 55,000 seats. There is an electronic scoreboard and lighting that corresponds to international norms. The changing rooms and the dug-out are acceptable and do not need any renovation. The stadium has all the necessary facilities for the press and television, both in the stadium and in the technical areas. There are rooms for the referees, the various FISU commissions, the OC, the VIPs and the officials. This stadium has been used for numerous international events, as have the two other stadiums. The Latinoamericano Stadium will be the site of the Opening Ceremony and the opening match as well as the two semi-finals, the final and the Closing Ceremony.
