Description: It is one of the masterpieces of the Romanesque Spanish art. In the century X already Baptizer existed as church of San Juan, reconstructed by Fernando I and dona Sancha in 1063. Later, Alfonso VI and his(her,your) daughter dona Urraca extended it up to his(her,your) current condition(state). The apses of the XIth century remain, the walls of the cruise and the part it(he,she) goes down the interior of the temple: the rest is of the XIIth century.
