Description: This file contains place marks where you can spot airplanes at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in Seattle, WA.
Water Tank: This spot is the best for spotting airplanes, but is not great for photography since your about 300 yards away from Runway 16R.
Jetblast Road: This is a dirt parking stip, but the planes soar right over your head.
North Sea-Tac Park: This is also a nice location about 1/2 mile from the runway.
Sea-Tac Parking Garage: This spot is great, but costs money since it is a parking garage. I suggest you go to the top level to watch airplanes.
188th Street Tunnel: This is home to some of Sea-Tac's Best Photographs where planes land over a tunnel, but you'll have to find a good parking spot.
Golf Course: This is if planes are landing on Runway 34R/L and is just as good as the water tank for spotting. |
