Evans lived here with ex-wife Billie Piper for 4 years (2000-2004)
Evans & Piper were often seen visiting the local pub (The White Horse) in the nearby village of Hascombe.
Evans sold Hascombe Court for £10 million in 2004.
The new owner of Hascombe Court is believed to be Russian billionaire Boris Berezovsky.
