Description: This is the main site for the 2012 Olympics, to be held in London. The Olympic Park in Stratford will house the main Olympic Stadium, along with the athletes' village, aquatics centre, velopark, hockey centre and multi-sport arenas. Construction of the main Olympic Stadium is due to start in 2008, with completion in 2011.
