Description: Sapporo Okadama Airport is located in the northeastern area of Hokkaido's capital city of Sapporo. The Defense Agency is the founder and administrator of Sapporo airport. It has been used by commercial airplanes since its designation as a public airport in 1961.
This airport is also used as a base station for small airplanes that play an active role in the local area.
