Occoquan race course

Description: This is the rowing race course at the Occoquan resevoir. I have drawn in the race course lane lines, important landmarks, as well as walking trails and parking lots. The Occoquan is one of the best and one of the most used regatta race courses in the US. Thousands of rowers use the course and this file may be useful to them and regatta volunteers and spectators. The image is in an area of high resolution, (quarter meter) and it is easy to see many of the features marked in the file. The day the photo was taken, a regatta was taking place and you can see many of the boats on trailers waiting to be unloaded and put in the water.
