Description: The largest wooden structure in the world is the Woolloomooloo Bay Wharf, Sydney, Australia. Built in 1912, the wharf is 400 m (1,312 ft) long and 63 m (206 ft) wide and stands on 3,600 piles. On the wharf is a hotel complex and a marina.
