Description: Not many know the true story of what lead to the famous presidential speach on october 22nd. 1962 by President Kennedy at the beginning of the Cuba crisis. On Fort Langeland danish soldiers discovered a Soviet ship with nuklear missiles and launch equipment. What they saw was immediately reported to President Kennedy.
Fort Langeland was in duty from 1953 to 1993, 1997 it opened as cold war museum.
