Description: The RH power 5M is a wind energy plant, which was built for in the middle of for the first time in the year 2004 by the company REpower of system and in Brunsbuettel installed and November 2004 river into the public net fed. The plant has a rated output of five megawatts (MW), a rotor blade length of 63 m, with a rotor diameter from 126 m. to the time of start-up was the 5M the largest and highest performance wind energy plant of the world. The sheets were manufactured by LM glass fiber and consist of glass-fiber reinforced plastic and contained also carbon-fiber-reinforced elements. The plant is conceived for offshore wind parks and is approx. 17 millions a KW/H per year produce. The tower height amounts to 120 m, the overall height thereby 183 meters. At the end of August to 2006 2 of these plants in the proximity of the Beatrice oil field, 25 kilometers before the Scottish east coast in the Moray Firth, in depth of water by over 40 meters were installed.
