Description: Its name is Floralis Generica, and it is situated in La Recoleta neighbourhood. The 20-meter-high structure begins to open its gleaming steel and aluminium petals at dawn and closes them at dusk, when the setting sun turns its mirrored surfaces a glowing pink. Who designed the monument is architect Eduardo Catalano.
Search for "floralis generica" at google images and you will get some good pictures of it.
