Description: At one time this neighborhood was a prime place to live. It is Fountain Square in Indianapolis. There was a fountain where people would come with anything that would carry water because the water from the fountain was supposed to be very good for you. The fountain is still there as you can see but it doesn't pump any water any more and the neighborhood has run down badly.
