Description: The Jumeirah Grand Mosque was built by order of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the late ruler of Dubai and is one of the largest and most beautiful mosques in Dubai. Construction of the mosque began in 1975 and was completed in 1978. The mosque is built in the Islamic Fatimy style and has a capacity to house 1,200 worshippers.
