Description: This sculpture at the north shore of Esbjerg is called "Mennesket ved havet - Man at the sea"

This monument, consisting of 4 very large 9m (30 feet) tall persons sitting on the beach, is completed in white concrete. The creator is the Danish artist, Svend Wiig Hansen.

The sculptures shows the pure and innocent man meeting the nature before it rises and begins to act like normal people.

In clear sight weather they can be seen from a distance of 10 km (6.25 miles).
