Description: Xinghai Guangchang, a large square at the mouth of the Malán River that houses Dàlián's Centennial Monument (Bainián Chéng Diao) -- a series of bronze impressions of residents' feet, some of them bound, that runs for several dozen meters. The square also contains a hot-air balloon in the shape of a soccer ball that rises 120m (390 ft.) for panoramic city views.
