Description: The Morning Glory Spillway is considered an uncontrolled spillway which is located about 200 feet behind the Monticello Dam in California. The outside diameter of the hole is 72 feet and tapers down to about 28 feet. It's size enables it to consume 48,400 cubic feet of water every second when needed.
