Description: This 70 foot tall painted steel sculpture stands in front of the new Tampa Bay Arena in Florida. The arena not only serves as home to the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team, but also is the site of many public events and concerts. People can walk through the lightning to get in and out of the arena.
