This is the only C-46 Commando preserved in Argentina out of up to 25 that operated as freighters in the mid 1960’s in this country. Former USAF 42-96729; Navegacao Aérea Brasileira PP-NMJ; and Linea Aerea Rio Platense CX-BCN. Her reg. LQ implies that she was flown by an unknown Argentinean Government Agency or police force.
