Description: A pool dug out by a English ecologist called Marietta Pallis(1882-1963). It is situated on the Norfolk Broads. The ecologist and her friends used to bathe in the waters and she is buried on the central island( along with a close companion). It has links with the symbolism of the Greek orthodox religion.
