Description: The 2008 Biennale of Sydney, which closed early Sep08, included a number of on-line art works. One of them, 'A Proposal Concerning' by New Zealand collective et al., uses Google Earth. The site is still active - the link is www.etalonline.com (note that certain browsers, eg. chrome, seem mildly concerned with the script on the intro page, although do work). The attached kml will allow you to view the GE component of the work. You will need to go to the main site for the associated web page, which changes in parallel with the changes seen in GE, includes sound, and is an important component of the work as a whole.
