Description: Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana in Tivoli, Italy. Especially the first one is a real must if you start getting bored by all the stones and museums in Roma: It's just a one hour trip by train to Tivoli, and the Villa d'Este has a park easily outplaying even the park of Sansouci in Potsdam, Germany. It was elected the "nicest park in Europe" in 2006 - and it truly is! Even if you hardly find it mentioned in your travel guide. So consider it a "secret tip".
