Description: This real boat (it is not a copy!) wrecked on the beach of Port-Barcarès, south of France, is actually a casino.
Built and inaugurated in Denmark in 1931 with the name of Moonta, this boat was a cruiser in Australia till 1951.
Sold, modified, it becomes a ferry between Marseille and Beirut, with the name of Lydia.
Sold in 1967, it becomes the symbol of the new tourist towns of Port-barcarès and Port-Leucate (45kms north of the Spanish frontier)
Deliberately wrecked on the beach in 1974, and transformed as Casino and discotheque, today, it is only the casino Lydia.
