Description: This building was constructed in the 50's, and seems like the Empire State building. But this building, of similar height, featured in past (1950's mid) the former TV Tupi. In these days, where has the TV Tupi transmitters, has a Brazilian flag (and sometimes Sao Paulo province flag).
