Description: In 1967 Harold Holt, the Australian Prime Minister disappeared, presumed drowned, while swimming near Portsea, Victoria. What type of memorial would you build for someone who drowned? A swimming pool, of course. A genuine tribute or a macabre gesture by an official with a sick sense of humour, we'll never know.
