Description: Webb's Wilderness Railroad opened up the Adirondack wilderness. Although educated as a physician, William Seward Webb built two hundred miles of railroad and opened up the Adirondack wilderness where others had failed. New York Central Railroad tracks reached into the Adirondacks. See where the tracks went!
