Perlscript takes the input file of overhead placemarks (lat/long) and transforms each one into a range/heading/altitude POV focused on a different lat/long. In the first version, each point is POV looking at the next point in the sequence. In the 2nd version, each point is POV looking at various regional centers. Tilt is set at 90 degrees, altitude is originally 2 m but increases/decreases as necessary. First step is simply to make a sequence of overhead placemarks in GE interface.
