The Fo Guang Shan He Hua Buddhist temple is the biggest in Europe and was opened in september 2000 by Queen Beatrix.

Fo Guan Shan mean "Buddha's Light Mountain" and is a Chinese Mahayana Buddhist monastic order that has gained a worldwide presence. He is a short form of the chinese word Helan and means Netherlands and Hua means Lotusflower.

So He Hua means Lotusflower of the Netherlands.
