The Staatliches Hofbraeuhaus Muenchen is a brewery in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, owned by the state government.

The brewery operates the Hofbraeuhaus am Platzl, the Hofbraeukeller, and the second largest tent at the Oktoberfest (Hofbraeu-Festzelt). The beer is named Hofbraeu. Of course, it is the only beer served in their gastronomies.
