Masjid al-Nabawi or Mosque of the Prophet is the second holiest mosque in the Islamic world. The original mosque was built by Muhammad (SAAW). In the middle of the mosque is the shrine of the Prophet Muhammad(SAAW), known as Gumbad-e-Khizra or Dome of the Prophet. He is buried here, along with early Muslim leaders Abu Bakr and Umar ibn al-Khattab. According to some Islamic traditions, there is also an empty grave present which is for Jesus who will die after returning to Earth.
