This plane doesn't look like it's taking off (no shadow), nor does it look like it's taxiing (no place to taxi to..its a deadend). But the plane is facing NW, in the opposite direction the arrows are facing (SE). What IS this plane doing?
A plane landing at Keahole airport, Hawaii. I'm pretty sure this plane is landing because it has already developed the blue "ghost" effect, which comes when an object is traveling very fast. If the plane were taking off, the blue effect wouldn't be there yet, because the plane couldn't accelerate in such a short distance from the end of the runway.
