Mount Trashmore Park is 165 acres. The mountain is 60 ft. high and over 800 ft. long, and was created by compacting layers of solid waste and clean soil. The park features two lakes, Lake Windsor located along South Blvd, is brackish water fed by Thalia Creek. Lake Trashmore located along Edwin Dr, is freshwater and is stocked with fish.

They have two toboggan runs, a rollercoaster, water-rafting and a lot of other fairground rides there and they built miniature models of Bavarian castles, churches etc.. IN the south they have also a paddle steamer that cruises on the small lake. Near the lake is also the second toboggan run and an enclosure with monkeys in it.

This is a lake within the confines of what used to be Amaroo Park motor racing circuit on the outskirts of Sydney, Australia. It is now a housing development.
