The Douglas C-47 Skytrain or Dakota is a military transport aircraft that was developed from the Douglas DC-3 airliner. It was used extensively by the Allies during World War II and remained in front line operations through the 1950s with a few remaining in operation to this day.
It served the Army Air Corps as 43-16369. Its Douglas construction number is 20835. Warbirds of America Squadron 14, Inc. has restored it as AC-47, 43-48770 Spooky.

This old DC 3/C-47 is preserved on the south side of Miami International airport at the 94th Aero Squadron restaurant.
Former Armada Argentina DC-3 5-T-22 "Cabo de Hornos" is now being restored and preserved by the Aeroclub of Ushuaia.

|Mo Chit BTS-Skytrain Station is near JJ market and Chatuchak Park in BKK, Thailand. Moreover, there are 4 entrances to the subway station, MRT Chatuchak Park Station, in this area. I do not why both stations do not use the same name of location. It is very confusing.|

Delivered new to Swissair as HB-IBP for CHF 9'935'000. It was the last DC-7C built! Sold to SAS on January 6th, 1962 as SE-CCH. Afterwards it flew with JAL-Japan Air Lines as JA6306 and then Spantax as EC-BBT. It is now stored next to the Aeroclub San Augustin in El Berriel, Spain
