Dodge City AAF was located 6 miles northwest of the town of Dodge City. The Army Airfield was built in 1942 for the 70,000 Pilot Training Program, to train pilots & crews of medium bombers, primarily B-25s.
Dodge City was also used during WW2 to train French aircrews.

|Charmilles Stadium was a multi-purpose stadium in Geneva, Switzerland. It was used mostly for football matches, and was the home venue for Servette FC. The stadium was able to hold 9,250 people and was built in 1930 for the Coupe des Nations 1930 tournament. During the 1954 FIFA World Cup the stadium hosted five games. |Stade Pershing was a multi-purpose stadium in Vincennes, France. It was used mostly for football matches and hosted the final of the Coupe de France on four occasions. It also hosted some of the football and rugby matches during the 1924 Summer Olympics. The stadium was able to hold 29,000 spectators at its height; it opened in 1919 and closed in 1960.
