 | At Fromelles Hitler was stationed in 1916 with the 16th. Infantery Regiment.
For a long time it was thaught he was staying in a bunker west of fromelles. Often referred to as Hitler's bunker but this is wrong ! Hitler didn't recognize this bunker during his visit.
A sign was placed here referring to Hitler's bunker but it is gone or removed by now.

 | Also known as Erich Honecker Bunker because it was shelter for E.H. and the National Defence Counsils of GDR's in case of war. The entrance was in one of the buildings looking like an apartment building and the tunnel was 500 meters long. It's not possible to visit the complex. It's located north of Berlin.
Around the bunker it's surrounded by other bunkers.
