|The same location as
but here you can see that there is one original plane with three shadows. For the second shadow there is no photographed original, it seems to be vanished. Very strange...
|A bridge in the UK with really cool shadows. Lots of information, including a really great picture, within the placemark's description.||04/17/2006||338|
|Two bridges side-by-side cast perfect shadows in central Alberta, Canada.||05/17/2006||272|
|These 2 shadows look most like a whale or other large sea creature. But the two shadows are each over 200 feet long. The largest Blue Whale on record was 108 feet long. So not a whale. Possibly a submarine? When I first found this, I happened to have the December 2005 edition of National Geographic open on page 76-7 which has an amazing picture of a school of Giant Ichthyosaurs. |This plane doesn't look like it's taking off (no shadow), nor does it look like it's taxiing (no place to taxi to..its a deadend). But the plane is facing NW, in the opposite direction the arrows are facing (SE). What IS this plane doing?||02/11/2007||590|

If the plane were taking off, the blue effect wouldn't be there yet, because the plane couldn't accelerate in such a short distance from the end of the runway.||10/17/2006||626|
|This plane has a VERY large ghost directly underneath it. Also, the plane looks very low to the water surface.||05/06/2007||2,095|
|Two fighters just metres above the runway.|
|A small plane about to takeoff from Liepaja East in Latvia. Come to think of it, it doesn't actually look like its taking off, the angle of the front of the plane is wrong. But anyways, a little plane in Latvia.||01/12/2007||476|
|This restaurant was established in 1971 and was the first one in Europe.|
You can clearly see the shadows of golden M's on the roof.
|Another plane in Japan, this time a gray plane flying near Enzan (according to a post from the google earth community). Not sure what company this is, if you know, care to post a comment? Thanks.||04/26/2006||501|
