Artist Blue Sky's "Busted Plug Plaza," with its enormous leaning fire hydrant fountain, was officially unveiled to the city of Columbia on February 18, 2001. The fire hydrant is 39 ft. tall, a nearly five ton steel sculpture set in a concrete base.

A Navy AD-3 "Skyraider" attack plane pulls out of its dive (top center) after dropping a 2000-pound bomb on the Korean side of a bridge over the Yalu River, at Sinuiju, North Korea. Note bomb craters in the vicinity of the bridges.

Heini-Klopfer-Skiflugschanze is a ski flying arena and the second largest ski jumping hill in the world located near Oberstdorf. It was opened 1950 and rebuild 1973.

The arena is named after the architect of the 1950 arena, Heini Klopfer. It was made of wood. He was also the architect of the Olympic Arena, Dauphine, of the 1968 Winter Olympics in Grenoble.
