 | South of Franklin, a mile east of Highway 31 on County Road 400S is the grave of Nancy Barnett. And I do mean ON the county road, smack dab in the middle of it. At one time her grave was surrounded by other graves, but a path through the family plot eventually became a road and the other graves were moved. Her son refused to let her grave be disturbed, and at that time it wasnÕt in the way much... | | 12/20/2006 | 353 |

 | Here's a look at the strangest airport I've ever seen. The airport is built on a small peninsula going perpendicular so it is built out over the water. In order to get past the airport, cars have to drive over the main strip of the runway. There looks to be railroad crossing style drop-down gates at each end of the crossing road.
You can see more close-ups of the road/runway at h... | | 07/31/2005 | 922 |

 | These two cars to and from the island of Mando is only possible between around 12PM and 9PM, and a from around midnight and 9AM but it's only safe in daytime because you can easily drive wrong and end into the nearby North Sea.
There are two roads to Mando, the Laanings rad where the cars are driving and the low tide road just to the south operated by tractor busses.

 | One of several points along the Military Road where the cliff edge is just getting too close to the road. Combined tidal and weather erosion has already caused this road to be re-routed several times. The road was originally a straight Roman road, the foundations of which can be seen in places in the cliff face. | | 03/04/2006 | 421 |

 | This road has a very bad laying by Google, there are even trees and bushes on the roadside interfering the cars. So you need a good skill of driving to pass this road east of Berlin.
By the way, you see some similar cars passing the road. | | 08/31/2006 | 761 |

 | The Kingsway Tramway Subway is a cut-and-cover tunnel in central London that was built to connect its so-called "North Side" and "South Side" tramway systems. It opened in 1906 and services ran until trams in London were finally abandoned in 1952. It has since been used for storage, while the southern end of the subway is now used for road traffic from Waterloo Bridge. The open cutting on t... | | 02/12/2006 | 230 |

 | The Camino de Santiago through Northern Spain is the longest footpath in the world. Cap Finisterre is the end of the Camino, "the road under the stars." Pilgrims in the medieval world followed the pale arm of Milky Way. It pointed to the edge of the known world: Cap Finisterre, Galicia. Galicia has a very Celtic landscape.
