These planes, and for that matter, the entire airport, are blurred. Its just Niagara Falls International Airport. This is the only US airport I've seen that looks intentionally blurred.

The base was set-up in October 17, 1941.
Today, Sheppard is the largest US training base and home to the 82nd Training Wing and 80th Flying Training Wing.
