The house mysteriously burned down in the early 1950th and the remains were demolished 1953. Wher the house stood a garden was build.

 | Kinfauns was a bungalow-style house, located at 16 Claremont Drive, Esher, Surrey, England, KT10 9LU, on the Claremont Estate. From 1964 to 1970 it was home of George Harrison, lead guitarist of The Beatles, and was where many of the demo recordings for the White Album were made. The house has since been demolished, and a new one built in its place.

 | The Ipatiev house in Ekaterinburg where the russian Tzarfamily and 4 servants were kept imprisoned and executed after the russian revolution 1918 stood here. They were executed in the basement. It was demolished 1977 and replaced by the Church on the Blood.

 | The Millbank Prison (Millbank Penitentiary) opened in 1816 and was designed to house 1000 inmates. It was closed in 1886 and demolished in 1890. The Tate Gallery (now Tate Britain) was built on part of the site that it occupied, opening in 1897.
