 | I followed the railroad tracks and came upon this train just east of Essex,MT. This area is part of the Marias Pass which is one of the featured routes in Microsoft Train Simulator. These tracks are also used by the Amtrak Empire Builder passenger train. U.S. Hwy. 2 is also shown which parallels the tracks though Montana.  | This short train is the ICE Sprinter.
It´s the High- Speed train between Colonge and Frankfurt.
Speed ist on this track 350 km/h (don´t ask how much in miles...*), the drivetime is 45 minutes
Normaly the ICE is 400 meters long, the Sprinter is only 200 meters. Inside the ICE lokks like a plane
