This is a Turkish Gabaya Class or "G Class" frigate. This class consists of Oliver Hazard Perry class US frigates sold to the Turkish government. This one was involved with or had just completed exercises with other European craft. I don't know if it was a NATO or Joint European Force activity though. I think it most likely was a European exercise.
