|Chiangrai Central Prison is located a few kilometers west of Chiangrai city in northern Thailand on the southern bank of the Mae Kok River. |
Chiangrai Province has the largest population of Akha hilltribe people in Thailand. However, they make up at least 12% of the inmates in this prison, which is a much larger proportion than in the general population.

The first 1,5 km is a trip about a street and a little riding course. It's also the way from the Ranch and back to there. After the horse trail the way uses small routes accrose fields, small roads.
The distance of the complett trip is nearby 7 km long.
