	Brandenburg-Neuendorf Airfield, 6 August 1944 Portion of a Luftwaffe airfield in a photo taken on August 6, 1944 from a Spitfire MK XI of the 7th PRG. 	Wanstead Park taken on 7 August 1944, East End, London This photo is from an aerial record compiled by the government in 1944 and shows Wanstead Park and surrounds on 7 August 1944. The H.E. and V1 damage to Heronry Pond can be seen, plus V1 damage in Tennyson Avenue and in Wanstead Park Avenue (just in East Ham but dealt with by Wanstead CD). What appears to be a heavy anti-aircraft battery can also be seen on Wanstead Flats.		06/06/2008	323
	BMW Manufacturing Facility Leipzig A BMW manufacturing facility in Leipzig. It is here that the BMW 1 Series and 3 Series are manufactured. There are also painted outlines of cars in random spots in one of the parking lots. Wonder for what purpose they are there.		05/07/2008	324

	Berlin bomb strike, 17-18 January 1943 170 Lancasters and 17 Halifaxes repeated the raid on Berlin. The weather was better than on the previous night but the Pathfinders were again unable to mark the centre of the city and again the bombing fell mainly in the southern areas.
