These are photos of Group Mission #174 to Cologne, Germany on Jan 14th, 1945. The Allies were just breaking out of the battle of the bulge and pushing the Germany army back to Germany. This tactical mission was to destroy a bridge across the Rhine to prevent supplies from arriving and troops from fleeing. Bombing results were excellent.

Ernst Grube Stadion was a multi-use stadium in Magdeburg, Germany. It was mostly used for football matches. The stadium had a capacity of 25,800 people and was built in 1955. The ground was demolished in 2005 to make room for a new stadium that has been opened in December 2006.
