This overlay shows the elevation levels of New Orleans, LA , along with Metairie, Kenner, Harahan, Arabi, Gretna, and Westwego, allowing easy determination of the flood zones.

This is a "closeup" LANDSAT tile of New Orleans. Wasn't able to get coords of the LANDSAT image, so it's eyeball matched. The LANDSAT site lists this image as taken 30 Aug.
